Traditional Tomato Sauce A slow cooked sauce made from ground tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, olive oil, and fresh basil. Talluto's Tomato Sauce pairs with most Talluto's filled Pastas, Gnocchi, Flat Cut Pastas (Spaghetti, Fettuccine, etc), and Manicotti. (Not recommended for Butternut Squash Ravioli).
Ros'e Sauce A delicate combination of fresh cream and a hint of tomato to create a "blush" sauce that compliments many items. Talluto's Ros'e Sauce pairs well with Seafood Ravioli, Crepe Manicotti, Veal Cannelloni, Tortellini, and Pesto Agnolotti.
Sweet Basil Pesto Sauce Fresh basil leaves are ground with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, imported Pecorino Romano & Parmigiano cheeses to create this sauce. Talluto's Sweet Basil Pesto pairs well with Cheese Ravioli, Tortellini, Cavatelli, Penne Pasta, and Fettuccine.
Spinach Cream Sauce Fresh spinach is sauteed with garlic, onions, and olive oi. Heavy cream and milk added and the sauce is seasoned with salt and black pepper. Talluto's Spinach Cream Sauce pairs well with Flat Cut Pastas (Spaghetti, Fettuccine, etc), Mushroom Ravioli, Beef Ravioli, Chicken Ravioli, Fettuccine, Veal Cannelloni, and Mushroom Casoncello.
